Services for Munk are scheduled for Monday, June 21, 2021, at Peoples Funeral Home Chapel, located at 1400 West Main, Lone Wolf, OK. Munk was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Molly McKinney, brother Edward Phillips, sisters Carlie Jean Stewart, Ruth Ann Drake, Wanda Lee McGuire, and Connie Sue Morgan. He is survived by his brothers Robert and Reuben McKinney of Granite, sisters Wilma Kidd also Granite and Joyce Cayton of Sparta, Kentucky along with a host of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends. Munk loved to listen to the radio station and always wore his cool sunglasses. Munk was a free spirit! When he could fully see he rode his bicycle everywhere traveling many miles. Munk, as he was known, spent his early life in Kentucky and in 1988 made a move to Winslow, Arizona with family, then to New Mexico, 2004 Elk City and in 2010 moved to Granite, Oklahoma. He was born on April 17, 1950, in Beattyville, Kentucky to Robert and Molly (Shull) McKinney.
